...and have not been keeping up like this as I said I would. In order to encourage myself to do so, I am stealing something my sister is doing. She is listing 3 positives about her day each day. Since I have been quite the Debbie Downer lately, I think it would be a good daily practice to help me try to not focus on the negatives so much. So here goes nothing...
